The Lumalex Commercial Product Warranty
Term of Warranty
All Lumalex commercial products carry a 5 year warranty, free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Coverage
Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product or component, free of charge. Products or components must be returned to Lumalex, for warranty to be honoured.
Liability
Lumalex’s liability for all claims is limited to the purchase price of the Lumalex product. No warranty either expressed or implied, other than set out in the warranty statement above, is made or authorized by Lumalex. Lumalex disclaims any liability for warranty claims made that are due to misuse, misapplication or improper selection of product. Any liability for consequential or accidental damages, or costs are expressly disclaimed.
